We find ourselves in Ordinary Time.

time after Pentecost is a time of discipleship, a time to let the
Spirit form us after the image of Christ. The green colour symbolizes
growth and hope.
Growth happens when we receive the word of God and keep it.
The
memory of the Saints, men and women who each in his or her own fashion
let the Gardener work freely on them, offers hope and inspiration when
we must wait for the sprouts and the fruit ripens slowly...
The Eucharist nourishes our spiritual life.
